Welding
MIG, MAG, TIG, MMA, submerged arc welding, and robotic welding. We work with most commonly used materials, handling both smaller components and larger structures. With experienced personnel, the right expertise, and a strong focus on quality, we meet high demands for precision, strength, and workmanship.
Machining
Machining carried out in-house and through established partners. We also offer on-site machining at the customer’s location when required by the project. This allows us to adapt production to each project’s requirements for capacity, precision, materials, and lead times. By combining our in-house expertise with external resources, we can take on both production runs and larger projects.
Construction
Using 2D and 3D modelling, we develop efficient, production-ready designs when the customer does not have their own technical drawings – from initial concept to complete production documentation. Not every project starts with a finished drawing. Sometimes there is an idea, a sketch, or existing documentation that needs to be developed further.
With in-house engineering expertise, we can support our customers throughout the entire process, from initial idea to complete production documentation. We also collaborate with external engineering partners when needed.
Because engineering and manufacturing are closely connected, we can identify opportunities for improvement early on and optimise solutions for production.
Assembly
Assembly carried out in our own workshop or on-site at the customer’s location. We take responsibility for the entire process or selected parts of it, adapting our work to the needs of each project and customer.
Every project has its own requirements. That is why we work with a solution-oriented approach and tailor our involvement to the project’s requirements, environment, and schedule.
On-Site
When the project requires work to be carried out on site, we bring our expertise and resources directly to the customer. We carry out welding, assembly, machining, repairs, and other industrial work on location, adapting our approach to the specific conditions and requirements of each project.
Cor-ten
Tillsammans med våra kunder utvecklar och tillverkar vi produkter och detaljer i Cor-Ten-stål, från idé och design till färdig produkt. Vi kan även ta fram egna lösningar utifrån specifika behov och användningsområden.
Cor-Ten, även kallat trögrostande stål, utvecklar en naturlig skyddande patina på ytan. Patinan bidrar till materialets långa livslängd och ger samtidigt stålet ett karakteristiskt och tidlöst uttryck.
